Snow?

Seems odd...usually by this time of year when you think of snow you think of someplace up north. Some place like Syracuse or Oswego. Now, I'm seeing reports of places like Baltimore having a larger overall season snowfall total larger than Syracuse?! What is this all about! Give me back my snow!
