Chicago 2010
Michele and I took a vacation over to Chicago to take in some of the sights and visit with my brother Ben. As an added attraction, we took along my parents for the ride. We saw 43 different state plates, 5 Canadian provinces, and 1 Mexican state along I-80 for the 800 or so miles on that highway. Now a few photos from our trip:

Balloonfest
For a change Michele, her sister Erin, and fiance Dan took a trip to Jamesville to the balloonfest. Here's a few pictures:

It started as a gray rainy day, but eventually the clouds began to break enough for some balloon flying weather. We left before many more balloons were inflated for full fledged rides, not just a tethered ride like we took. We also ate some deep fried oreos, so win-win.
