Fred is here!
I recall looking up Fred in the hurricane names list a few years ago and excited that Fred was to be used. I forgot that year was this year. Here it is. Fred was upgraded overnight to a hurricane. The latest word is that Fred is no threat to any major land masses. That means they'll end up using the name again in the future.
