Confused

I was updating applications on my iPod Touch. There were six applications that had updates available. I clicked "download all" and got a warning message:

Am I under 17?

What's objectionable? The New York Times, Public Radio Tuner, Maps, Weather, Sports Updates, or a Marble game? I'm not sure I follow the logic.
